Social Innovation in Health Initiative Indonesia, in collaboration with TDR Global and the 5th Indonesian Tuberculosis International Meeting (INA-TIME), has initiated a crowdsourcing initiative for innovative solutions to address the challenges of TB. We recognize the need to continuously innovate and adapt in order to eliminate TB.
Have you successfully implemented innovative solutions to address the challenges of tuberculosis elimination in your community? Alternatively, have you undertaken an implementation research project to address tuberculosis health issues in your respective countries?
We are searching for implemented solutions that enhance health interventions and healthcare delivery in the context of tuberculosis. We are interested in a diverse range of approaches, including public health programs, startups, research initiatives, social entrepreneurship endeavors, and grassroots movements. However, it’s important to note that our focus does not include technology advancements or the development of new drugs.
We are looking to learn from your solution, such that these lessons can be shared with other experts like academicians, public health professionals, and other stakeholders. On the other hand, you can benefit in several ways:
Recognition and visibility - Get the opportunity to showcase your solution at the 5th INA-TIME, a platform where experts in TB research, healthcare, policymaking, and more come together to share ideas on the latest innovations and solutions in TB prevention, clinical management, and control. Additionally, the selected solutions receive public recognition from the Social Innovation in Health Initiative (SIHI), especially the SIHI Indonesia hub. A report will highlight key elements of social innovation and it will be shared on partner websites.
Opportunities for learning - Be a part of the social innovations community and get invited to participate in workshops, events, and seminars to help you grow and advance your solution and grow your global networks.
Each solution will be reviewed by at least two experts on the selection panel according to the following criteria.
